Vendor Terms

Welcome to getcloudsms.in (the "Platform"). These Vendor Terms and Conditions apply to all businesses, merchants, and service providers ("Vendors") who register an account to utilize our WhatsApp Business API integration features. The Platform is owned and operated by CodeAsters. 1. Onboarding and Meta Compliance Vendors must complete all required Meta Business Verification processes honestly and provide accurate business registration details. Vendors agree to strictly comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Developer Policies at all times. 2. Messaging Policy & Anti-Spam Vendors are strictly prohibited from sending unsolicited broadcast messages (spam). You must ensure that all end-user recipients have given explicit, verifiable opt-in consent before receiving WhatsApp communications. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, adult material, illegal products/services, deceptive schemes, or any content violating regional telecommunication guidelines. 3. API Allocation and Usage Charges Access to the WhatsApp Business API is contingent upon timely subscription payments and applicable per-message Meta pricing. Failure to clear outstanding dues may result in immediate rate-limiting or suspension of your API routing channel. 4. Data Governance and End-User Privacy Vendors act as the Data Controllers for their end-user records. You must maintain your own public Privacy Policy informing your customers how their data is handled. In alignment with our commitment to privacy, if an end-user requests data removal, you must respect their choice. Indemnification & Account Termination If a Vendor's messaging campaign triggers excessive "Block" or "Report" flags from WhatsApp users, resulting in the suspension of the underlying WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) or Meta app restrictions, CodeAsters reserves the right to terminate the Vendor's platform access immediately without a refund.
