Payments and Billing - Users agree to pay all service fees on time. Failure to pay may result in account suspension. 4. Data Protection - Users must obtain necessary consent from end-users before sending WhatsApp messages and comply with all data privacy laws. 5. Compliance with Meta Policies - Users must adhere to Meta’s guidelines to avoid suspension or termination of access to the WhatsApp Business API. *Non-Refundable Scenarios (Where Refunds Are NOT Possible):* ❌ Customer-side issues (invalid phone numbers, blacklisted numbers) ❌ Recipient-side issues (phone off, poor signal, network issues) ❌ Spam/filter rejections by carriers ❌ Regulatory & compliance violations (TRAI guidelines, prohibited content) ❌ Account cancellations after 30 days ❌ Voluntary service downgrades ❌ Promotional/discounted credits ❌ Disputed delivery confirmations ❌ Account violations (spam, abuse) ❌ Customer-side network/API issues ❌ Message content problems
